Mocs Set School Record in 4x800 Relay at ERAU Spikes Classic

DAYTONA BEACH, FL - Hannah Flemming, Aleksa Guerra, Hannah Nelson, and Kassidy Watkins teamed to win the 4x800 Relay and set a Moccasin school record with a time of 10:08.38 at the first day of the ERAU Spikes Classic held here Friday. In addition, the squad of Amber Winton, Courtney McElroy, Michaela Peterson, Mackenzie Wills turned in a 11:07.47 to post the sixth fastest time in the event in Moccasin history to finish in third place.

Also on Friday, junior Hannah Nelson recorded the 8th fastest Florida Southern in the 1,500-meter with a 4:56.91 to finish in 15th place.
