A Trio of Mocs Compete in 1,500-Meter Race to Conclude Bulls Invitational

TAMPA, Fla. - The Florida Southern women's track team saw a trio of runners compete in the 1,500-meter race on Day 2 of the 2015 Bulls Invitational, hosted by the University of South Florida at the USF Track & Field Stadium.

Sophomore Ashley Montano (Colorado Springs, Colo.), who paced the Moccasins with a 19th-place finish in the 5,000-meter race yesterday, led the team again with a 1,500 time of 5:19.35. She finished in 52nd place.

Juniors Ashley Dudman (Geneva, Ill.) and Rebecca Levy (Mahopac, N.Y.) also ran for the Mocs, finishing in 57th and 62nd place, respectively, with times of 5:28.36 and 5:34.15.

The Mocs will continue the track season on Friday, March 27 and Saturday, March 28 at the UNF Spring Break Invitational, hosted by the University of North Florida at Hodges Stadium.
