The No. 21 Moccasins (15-8) won the doubles point but could hold off a potent No. 4 Lions (20-6) singles rotation. The fourth-seeded Lions move on to challenge top-seeded Barry tomorrow at 10 a.m. for a berth to the Championship on the line.

The honor is the first in Popovic's career and the first for any Moccasin women's tennis player since April 17, 2017 when Sasha Nionova won the award.
