As a sophomore (2014-15)… Sunshine State Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Third on the team with a 79.60 stroke average and moved into the regular lineup halfway through the spring portion of the schedule… Played in six tournaments as part of starting five, two as an individual, and one with the “B” team… Team counter in 14 of her 16 rounds with the main squad… Earned her spot in the lineup after a 232 (77-77-78) at the Barry University Invitational (March 16-17) while playing as an individual and held that spot through the remainder of the season… Bettered that score with a 229 in the next tournament, the Bearcat Spring Invitational (March 20-22) when she had a career-best 13th-place finish out of 97 golfers, had two career-best rounds of three-over par 75, and was Florida Southern’s top golfer for the first time in her career… Also finished as the Mocs’ #2 golfer at the Lady Falcon Invitational in the fall (Sept. 20-21) when she was tied for 14th place overall… Tied with Colleen Panosian for the top position for the FSC “B” team during the Lady Moc Classic…Owned a 78.4 stroke average in the final five tournaments of the season, shaving three strokes off her average from her first four tournaments, and nearly five off her freshman average… Had three top-20 finishes on the season… Came up with a 240 at the SSC Tournament in her first postseason action (April 12-14) and followed that with a 237 at the NCAA Division II South Region Tournament (May 3-5)… The “B” team’s top golfer in the Lady Moc Classic. 

As a freshman (2013-14)… SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Played in four tournaments overall, three as a member of the “B” team and one with the varsity (Lady Bearcat Invitational, Sept. 28-29 at Hilton Head)… Had two of her three best rounds of the season in her only spring tournament, starting the Lady Bucs Invitational with scores of 79 and 81 (March 17).

In high school… Came to Florida Southern from Greenville High School in Michigan where she was a 4-time first team all-conference and all-area selection for coach Nancy Johnson, and helped the Yellow Jackets reach the Division 2 State Tournament all four years… 3-time All-State selection, including two years on the First Team (sophomore and senior)… Honorable Mention All-State as a junior… Placed in the top-five of regionals three times and was conference champion as a sophomore, junior and senior… Team MVP as a senior when she was also named the top golfer in the O-K Bronze Conference and placed 10th in the state tournament… Set a 9-hole school record as a senior with a 33… Helped the Yellow Jackets place third in the state tournament as a junior, equaling the team’s best finish ever… Also played four years of basketball and three years of soccer… Made the All-State Academic Team all four years of her career… Personal… Daughter of Mike and Monica Bernth… Born June 3, 2013… Has one older sister (Breezy) and one older brother (Dylan)… Business Administration major with a focus in Sports Marketing and Communications.
