TAMPA, FL - Florida Southern College men's track seniors contributed in adding eight performances to the school record book as the team competed at the South Florida Invitational on Friday and Saturday in Tampa. The Moccasins set six personal records, including senior Rob Marusko who nearly set the school record in the 100m in his sixth-place finish (11.33), two-hundredths away from tying the record. Marusko set the sixth-fastest time in school history in the 200m (23.69) while senior Bucknam set the 10th-fastest (24.12). The Mocs also set record times in the 4x100m and 4x400m relays, including the second-fastest time in the 4x100m (46.58).
Florida Southern will compete at the University of Florida Tom Jones Invitational in Gainesville on April 27 to close out the season.
