Missey Crain, now Missey Hall was the setter on the Moccasin volleyball team for three seasons at Florida Southern. A three-team All-SSC and All-South region performer, she capped her brilliant career in 1990 by being named to the First-Team All-America squad. A second-team All-Academic honoree, Hall was named most valuable player of the 1990 NCAA South Regional. Her career total of 4,021 assists still stands as a Moccasin record while her 1,752 assists in a single season is second best ever at Florida Southern. Named Moccasin most valuable player as a junior and again as a senior, graduated in 1991. In 1996, she was inducted into the Sunshine State Conference Hall of Fame.
