Marianne Andersson was an all-American in 2011 (first team) and 2010 (second team). A member of the Moccasin's third-place teams (2010, 2011) and fifth-place team (2009), she was the first Florida Southern student-athlete to ever win the NCAA Elite 90 Award (formerly Elite 88) as the player at the national championship with the highest grade-point average. Andersson was a four-time all-SSC selection, a three-time NGCA all-American Scholar, a two-time CoSIDA Academic all-American (2010, 2011), and the 2011 CoSIDA Academic all-American of the year (at-large). She ended her career with 26 top-10 finishes, the second most in school history.
