Crenshaw Captures Dual Awards as SSC Women's Swimmer-of-the-Year and Freshman-of-the-Year

Florida Southern’s Alli Crenshaw brought home two of the top Sunshine State Conference individual women’s swimming awards as both the SSC Swimmer-of-the-Year and co-Freshman-of-the-Year, and was one of five Moccasins to make the All-SSC Team announced by the league office on Thursday. Joining her as First Team selections were freshman Kelsey Gouge, freshman Lauren Reynolds and senior Stephanie Doran, while freshman Virginia Summer was a member of the Second Team.. Crenshaw Wins Again While Gouge Concludes Stellar Week in Moccasins' Best Finish Ever

BIRMINGHAM – Alli Crenshaw did it again. For the second time at the NCAA Division II National Championships, the freshman swimmer gave Florida Southern an individual title by winning the longest race of the week. Freshman Lauren Reynolds was also a national finalist in her event Saturday, and with their 800 freestyle relay team clinching it, the Moccasins secured sixth place in the team standings for their best finish ever.. We Have Another Winner! Crenshaw Captures Second National Title of the Week

BIRMINGHAM – Alli Crenshaw did it again. For the second time at the NCAA Division II National Championships, the freshman swimmer gave Florida Southern an individual title by winning the longest race of the week. Freshmen Lead Florida Southern Charge on Friday as Mocs Are Up to 6th

BIRMINGHAM – Freshman Alli Crenshaw advanced to another championship final Friday night, and three other freshmen, Kelsey Gouge, Lauren Reynolds and Heather Burns, made their presence felt too. With their four rookies leading the way, the Moccasins jumped from eighth place to sixth place in the team standings with one day remaining at the NCAA Division II National Championships..
