2011-12 SEASON: HONORS ... Was a member of National Champion relay teams (400-yard medley relay and 800-yard freestyle relay) ... All-American (200-yard freestyle, 400-yard freestyle relay, 800-yard freestyle relay) ... Honorable Mention All-American (100-yard freestyle, 200-yard freestyle relay) ... Honorable Mention All-SSC ... swam in 13 meets for the Mocs ... was the anchor on the Mocs school record setting 200, 400 and 800-yard freestyle relay teams at NCAA D-II Championships ... swam anchor on the school's record setting 400 medley relay team at NCAA D-II Championships ... recorded second-best time of 44.50 in 100 freestyle at NCAA D-II Championships and had eighth-best time of 22.06 in 50-yard freestyle vs. Saint Leo (1/14) ... had second-best time in 200-yard freestyle (1:37.46) and 500-yard freestyle (4:32.89) ... swam third fastest 1,000-yard freestyle (9:45.32) at NSU Invitational ... recorded fourth-best time in 50-yard backstroke (24.82) and had sixth-best time in 100-yard backstroke (53.78) ... had eighth fastest 200 individual medley time (1:59.35) vs. Rollins (11/19).

Transferred to FSC from the University of Georgia.

PRIOR TO FSC:  Competed two seasons at Georgia – 2008-09 and 2009-10.

HIGH SCHOOL:  2008 graduate of Brookwood High School … competed in swimming all four years … as a senior, won state championship in 100 free (45.89) and 200 free (1:39.57) and swam on two state championship relays teams – swam leadoff 200 free relay team (1:27.71) and anchor on 400 free relay team (3:11.86) … team won first state championship … named 2008 male swimmer of the year by Gwinnett Daily Post.

PERSONAL:  Majoring in graphic design … son of Robert and Nancy Swan … younger brother, Robbie, is a junior on this year's team … born 1/19/90.
