As a junior (2011)… Sunshine State Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Played in six games as a reserve midfielder after coming back from a knee injury that cost him most of his sophomore season… Averaged 24 minutes per match, with a high of 60 in the 4-3 win over Mount Olive (Sept. 1)… Also had big games off the bench in wins over St. Thomas and Saint Leo.

As a sophomore (2010)… Sunshine State Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Chosen to represent Florida Southern, along with women’s soccer player Elise Fisher, at the 2010 NCAA Student-Athlete Leadership Forum in Orlando… Was one of Florida Southern’s top reserves before suffering a season-ending injury at West Florida on September 12… Averaged 30 minutes per match in the first five games, helping the Mocs to a 4-0-1 start.

As a freshman (2009)… SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Played in eight games, mostly as a reserve midfielder, but did make one start against St. Thomas (Sept. 26)… Attempted both of his shots in 1-1 tie at Palm Beach Atlantic (Oct. 17)… Averaged 25 minutes per match and played nearly half the game off the bench in 1-0 loss to Thomas (Sept. 11)… Also saw extensive playing time against SSC opponents Nova Southeastern and Barry.

In high school… Graduated from Royal Palm Beach High School in 2009… 4-year letterman for coach Dan Blasky… Served as team captain as a junior and senior… Also played for Palm Beach United F.C., and coaches Asaf Lubezky and Josh Neff from 2004-09… Advanced to the round of 16 in the state cup in 2008, and the quarterfinals in 2009.

Extra… Born 3/14/91… Son of Larry and Vicki May… Has one older brother (Kenneth) and one older sister (Carolynn)… Has several former teammates playing at schools in Florida, including Palm Beach Atlantic, West Florida and Florida Gulf Coast… Athletic Training major.
