NCAA South Regional Tournament

Florida Southern College will serve as host institution for the NCAA Division II South Regional Men's Basketball Tournament on March 14, 15, 17 at the George W. Jenkins Field House on the FSC campus.

Joining the top seeded Moccasins will be Arkansas Tech, Benedict, Christian Brothers, Claflin, Delta State, LeMoyne-Owen, Valdosta State. This is the second consecutive year and 10th time since 1979 the regional has been held at Jenkins Field House.

The quarterfinals will be played in two sessions on Saturday, March 14 with the semifinals being held at 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 15. The championship game is slated for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 17. The winner of the South Regional advances to the NCAA Division II Elite Eight on March 25, 26, and 28 at the MassMutual Center in Springfield, Mass.

The South Regional features four teams ranked in this week's NABC Division II Coaches' Poll - No. 10 Claflin, No. 11 Florida Southern, No. 14 Benedict, No. 15 Christian Brothers - and Arkansas Tech, which was among the teams receiving votes in this week's poll.

Single-session tickets for the South Regional are $8 for adults and $5 for senior citizens and students (with I.D.). An all-sessions pass (good for all seven games is $20.
